You, the user, customer, or prospective customer, must read the terms and conditions before proceeding to use this site. Content and images published on this site, such as images (both pictures/photos as well as artworks), graphics, text, logos, video, and written content, are the property of Designs & Illustrations by Cassandra White and are protected by the United States Copyright Laws. The entire collection of artworks and content on this website, DeIllustrator.com, is the exclusive property of Designs & Illustrations by Cassandra White, along with the copyright authorship for this compilation by Cassandra L. White.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary, to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Designs & Illustration by Cassandra White is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SHIPPING
 

All Items are shipped via USPS. If you do not receive something within ten days of your payment for the item purchased, unless stated otherwise or out of country orders, please let us know so that we can track it down and get it to you

 

SHIPPING COST:

The shipping total for an order with multiple items will be the cost of shipping the item with the highest shipping cost and then the additional "with another item." This is standard practice.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

USPS First Class Mail within the US generally takes 3-5 business days; however, it does vary at times. Shipping charges include shipping costs and packaging costs. Insurance will be provided if asked for at an additional charge.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts seven days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if seven days have passed since your purchase.

For a purchased item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The items must also be in the original packaging, along with included elements that are part of the original purchase (ex: Returned greeting cards must include the unused envelope provided with each card purchase.)

 

Additional non-returnable items:
Items purchased at events or booth popups
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within the allotted time, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at CassandraW@Deillustrator.com.

 

 

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to 1212 Merritt Street, Altamonte Springs, Florida US 32701

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
